Product Returns Policy

Change of Mind

• Returns Accepted: Yes, but no monetary refund will be issued.
• Return Period: Within fifteen (15) days from the day of receipt.

• Condition Required: The product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
• If a customer changes their mind after purchasing a product and does not need it anymore, they can return it at their own expense via courier if necessary.
• A refund will be issued via a voucher for future purchases.

Replacement & Credit Options

• Within 15 Days: Customers are eligible for a full refund via a voucher, valid for six (6) months (excluding delivery costs).

Exclusions

• Time Limit for Returns: Products cannot be returned after thirty (30) days, except for defective items with a longer warranty period.

Return of Incorrect/Defective Products
